A total renovation of a large apartment located on the fifth floor of a 70’s building. The intervention allowed to obtain two separate apartments, one used as a home and the other as a possible private studio or guest house.

A simple project characterized by backgrounds and furnishing elements. A long corridor marked by a square window overlooking the Pescara river. A large living area with an open kitchen becomes the main space. The mood of the setting is characterized by few elements: cement, bricks, wood and refined design furniture complete the minimal but effective setting.
