The project has dealt with the realization of a restaurant of over 500 square meters. The activity is developed on two floors connected by staircase and private elevator. The ground floor is used mainly as a Bar and Snack, while the upper floor is a real restaurant with a large room, a large kitchen with pizzeria and grill and a covered outdoor area.
On the restaurant floor a refrigerated cellar, designed and made to measure for the purpose, is the background to the room. Long transverse elements break up the width of the space; the windows frame the mountains in the background filtered by display shelves of local products.
In the bar area on the ground floor, a long counter welcomes customer according to their needs: coffee area, snack area, tables, all wrapped in a game of coatings ranging from rustic brick to modern wallpaper, also used on the ceilings.
The mood of the project is inspired by industrial: raw wood, iron, and industrial furniture which from time to time are contrasted with more elegant elements such as furniture and lacquered boiserie, defining a game of contrasts between the refined and the casual. The dominant color green, from its darkest shade chosen for the iron elements, comes to pastel shades for the walls and ceilings. The lighting, in Vintage style, enriches the environment with its different colors and shapes.
